Terms and Conditions for Purchasing a Session on the BOMB SQUAD Website
1. USE AND SAFETY
1.1. The website https://www.bombsquad.games is owned and operated by BOMB SQUAD EUROPE SAS. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions and the content of the website at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.2. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors to the BOMB SQUAD website and must be read carefully before any use of the website.
1.3. BOMB SQUAD makes every effort to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information on its website.
1.4. The BOMB SQUAD website is intended for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this website.
1.5. You are not permitted to create a link to this website or to use any part of the BOMB SQUAD website for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or objectionable.
1.6. You acknowledge that the Internet is not completely secure. BOMB SQUAD undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the security of payment card information. BOMB SQUAD shall not be legally liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of information transmitted to BOMB SQUAD, provided that BOMB SQUAD has not breached its obligations and was not responsible for such loss.

BOMB SQUAD shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenue, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement products or services, loss or deterioration of data, or business interruption, resulting from any use of the website, provided that BOMB SQUAD has not breached its obligations and was not responsible for such damages.
2. GENERAL
2.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your rights.
2.2. The game is designed for a team of 3–6 people per game course.
2.3. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of BOMB SQUAD. You are not authorized to use them without the written permission of BOMB SQUAD, and you acknowledge that such use may constitute an infringement of BOMB SQUAD’s rights.
2.4. All terms and conditions contained in this document are included in the contract with BOMB SQUAD.
2.5. The BOMB SQUAD website may contain links to third-party websites. The operation of these websites is beyond the control of BOMB SQUAD, and you use them at your own risk.
2.6. BOMB SQUAD collects and stores your personal information without disclosing it to any third party and undertakes to ensure that the confidentiality of your personal information is protected.
2.7. No recording may be made inside the premises.
2.8. Visitors are not permitted to disclose details of the game, either directly or indirectly, to the public.

2.10. BOMB SQUAD may charge customers for any damage caused, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
2.11. While you are on our premises, you must ensure that you comply with our rules and regulations, maintain appropriate standards of behavior, and cooperate with our employees who have knowledge of safety procedures.
2.12. BOMB SQUAD does not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation toward its employees.
2.13. In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, any customer who has a dispute with our establishment may make free use of the consumer mediation service to which we are affiliated:

The customer may refer the matter to the mediator within one year from the date of their written complaint to our establishment.
3. BOOKING
3.1. The only language in which an online contract may be concluded is French.
3.2. You must be 18 years of age or older to book a game.
3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the games you have booked meet your expectations.
3.4. A game booking will only be valid once it has been processed by BOMB SQUAD.
3.5. If you wish to transfer your game booking to someone else, you must contact BOMB SQUAD by email or telephone at least two hours before the start of the game. BOMB SQUAD may refuse such a transfer.
3.6. Booked games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or for any premium. If a game is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the ticket holder or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be refused admission.
3.7. You are entirely responsible for entering your information correctly on the online booking form. By submitting an online booking form, you guarantee to BOMB SQUAD that all the details you have provided are accurate.
3.8. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email only. BOMB SQUAD does not send confirmation by post or SMS.
3.9. A booking becomes invalid and entry will be refused if the team is 15 minutes or more late. In such a situation, the session is non-refundable and the booking cannot be modified.
3.10. Once bookings have been paid for, they cannot be modified or cancelled.
3.11. Once bookings have been paid for, they do not qualify for any right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
3.12. For gift vouchers, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, send an email to larochelle@bombsquad.games. A standard withdrawal form is available here:
4. PRICES
4.1. The price (including VAT) of a game is indicated on the BOMB SQUAD website in the booking section.
4.2. The price is determined according to the number of people in a room and the day of the week.
4.3. Bookings may only be made through the BOMB SQUAD website.
4.4. All credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.
4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.6. If fewer people attend the game than originally planned, the difference in price will not be refunded.
4.7. If more people attend the game than originally planned (up to 6 people per room), the difference in price must be paid upon arrival.

6. SAFETY
6.1. Each BOMB SQUAD player will be informed by the Game Master of the game rules before the game begins. Each player then participates in the game at their own risk. Furthermore, BOMB SQUAD is not responsible for any damage (personal injury or property damage) resulting from failure to follow the rules explained before the game, improper use of any object in the room, or the use of objects located in the room.
6.2. If you are more than 15 minutes late after the original time of your booking, your booking will automatically become and be considered a no-show, and you will not be able to play. A new booking will be at your own expense and will be subject to room availability.
